Upgo.ai

Building an AI-Powered Tweet Engine with Amazon Bedrock and Serverless AWS Stack

Upgo.ai, a fast-growing provider of AI-driven communication platforms, aimed to build a scalable, secure, and real-time Tweet generation engine powered by conversational AI. The objective was to automate and personalize tweet creation using advanced language models while maintaining high performance, operational efficiency, and governance.

To achieve this, Upgo.ai collaborated with our cloud architecture and security team to design a serverless, event-driven architecture leveraging Amazon Bedrock, AWS Lambda, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon SQS, and Amazon EventBridge. This modern architecture enabled seamless integration with AI foundation models, delivering low-latency responses and real-time tweet publishing.

The engagement focused on aligning the solution with AWS Well-Architected and Foundational Technical Review (FTR) best practices, ensuring the platform met stringent requirements around security, reliability, cost optimization, and scalability

The Challenge

As Upgo.ai expanded its platform capabilities, the team encountered several key challenges:

  • Low-latency Real-Time Interactions: Ensuring sub-second AI responses across asynchronous, event-driven services.
  • Scalable Orchestration of AI Agents: Coordinating multiple AI sessions securely while maintaining high availability.
  • Security & Compliance Readiness: Implementing encryption, identity controls, and governance to meet AWS security standards.
  • Operational Complexity: Minimizing DevOps overhead by maintaining a fully serverless and event-driven architecture.
  • FTR Alignment: Preparing for AWS Foundational Technical Review to unlock marketplace and go-to-market opportunities.

Our Solution

The AWS-centered solution to meet PCI compliance included:

Futuralis deployed a fully serverless, SaaS-based AI chat engine powered by a robust set of AWS services:

  • Amazon Bedrock (Claude 3.5 Sonnet) for generating intelligent responses.
  • AWS Lambda to handle chat orchestration logic and asynchronous workflows.
  • Amazon API Gateway to expose secured endpoints for real-time communication.
  • Amazon EventBridge and SQS to route chat messages and trigger downstream processing.
  • Amazon DynamoDB for fast and scalable session storage.
  • Amazon S3 for storing AI prompt templates and conversation transcripts.
  • AWS IAM Identity Center (SSO with MFA) for secure access control.
  • AWS Control Tower and AWS Organizations for governance and multi-account management.

The architecture was reviewed and aligned with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and FTR guidelines, ensuring readiness for AWS validation and scalability for enterprise adoption.
